  • 5.5 mm hook
  • Bulky eyelash yarn – I used Ice Yarns Lambkin
  • DK yarn in same colour as eyelash yarn
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors

  • Chain (ch)
  • Slip stitch (sl st)
  • Foundation single crochet (fsc)
  • Double crochet (dc)

Pattern notes

Project is worked in the round.

Fits most adults and can easily be adjusted.

Instructions

With DK yarn and 5.5 mm hook, fsc 60, join to first st with slst.

Switch to eyelash yarn.

Row 1: Ch 2, dc in each st around, join to first st with slst.

Repeat row 1 until the piece is as wide as required.

Finish off, weave in ends.

A handy trick when using eyelash yarn is to not look for the next stitch, but to feel for it.
